Business Development Officer – Oil and Gas

About the role

We are seeking a talented Business Development Officer – Oil and Gas to join Bureau Veritas in Makati City. This full‑time role will focus on generating new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas industry
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new clients and projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders
• Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
• Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth areas
• Contribute to the overall sales and business development goals of the organisation

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within oil and gas
• Proven track record of identifying, pursuing and closing new business opportunities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging clients at all levels
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation abilities
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and industry events
