Business Development Officer

About the role

Colliers International is seeking a proactive Business Development Officer to drive growth in its property and facilities management services. You will identify new market opportunities, build client relationships, and support the division’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research new leads, potential markets, and organizations for business opportunities.
• Attend meetings, stay current with real‑estate and business news, and develop marketing strategies.
• Pitch real‑estate management services and create quotes, proposals, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Ensure all division documentation complies with brand standards and maintain systematic records of business partners.
• Win new deals by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts, and integrating contract terms with operations.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients through regular liaison and engagement strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships with internal and external business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or college degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development and marketing within real‑estate or a related industry.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, organize tasks, and communicate effectively at all management levels, both orally and in writing.
