About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Officer to drive growth by identifying new market opportunities and supporting the launch of innovative products and services. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams to turn research insights into actionable business strategies.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to discover new products, services, and customer segments.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to design and implement processes for new offerings.
  • Support the promotion and rollout of new products and services across the organization.
  • Prepare and deliver product‑related reports and analyses.
  • Perform any additional product‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Management, Economics, Finance, Accountancy or a related field.
  • 3‑5 years of proven experience in business development.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
