About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Officer to drive growth by identifying new market opportunities and supporting product launches. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams to turn research insights into actionable business strategies.

Key responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify new products, services and potential customers.
Coordinate with relevant departments to design and implement processes for new offerings.
Support marketing and sales teams in promoting newly launched products or services.
Prepare product‑related reports and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Management, Economics, Finance, Accountancy or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in business development.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
