Business Development Manager

About the role

aCommerce is expanding its business development team to drive growth across Southeast Asia. As a Business Development Manager you will work directly with global brand decision‑makers, educating them on our ecommerce solutions and building lasting partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, consistently meeting revenue targets.
• Monitor commercial metrics, conduct market research and scenario modelling to inform strategy.
• Develop and nurture deep relationships with enterprise clients to ensure retention and growth.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain and Tech teams to onboard new clients efficiently.
• Draft and manage client agreements, SLAs and ensure compliance with financial policies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven B2B sales, business development or account management experience.
• Background in e‑commerce, digital marketing, retail, distribution or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippines retail/e‑commerce market; regional SEA experience a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and C‑level presentation abilities.
• Highly accountable, self‑driven and able to close complex deals.
