About the role

Villa is a cutting‑edge VR platform that transforms remote teamwork into immersive, collaborative experiences. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive enterprise adoption, build strategic partnerships, and expand our client base across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close high‑value enterprise contracts for Villa’s VR collaboration suite.
• Build and nurture relationships with C‑level executives, positioning Villa as the go‑to solution for remote team productivity.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align offerings with market needs and feedback.
• Represent Villa at industry events, webinars, and virtual showcases to generate pipeline and brand awareness.
• Develop and execute territory plans, forecasting, and reporting to meet revenue targets.

Required profile

• Executive‑level experience with at least 5 years of proven success in SaaS or technology sales.
• Native‑level English communication skills and a strong worldwide tech network.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, gravitas with CXOs, and the ability to convey complex immersive technology benefits.
• Willingness to work US business hours and thrive in a fully remote environment.
