Business Development Manager – Credit Card Partnerships

About the role

MoneyHero Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead and expand its credit‑card partnership portfolio in the Philippines. You will work closely with financial institutions to design co‑branded campaigns, boost brand awareness, and drive revenue growth for the company’s core profit centre.

Key responsibilities

• Pitch, negotiate, and renegotiate commercial deals with credit‑card providers, aligning offers with their business objectives.
• Develop and execute detailed account plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with P&L decision‑makers and key influencers at partner organisations.
• Monitor the full business‑development cycle, tracking progress against milestones.
• Analyse competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
• Review campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
• Identify and propose co‑branded campaign, branding, and upsell opportunities within existing partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with the regulatory environment governing financial products.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the financial services sector, preferably with credit‑card products.
• Demonstrated ability to close high‑value commercial agreements and manage long‑term partner relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of the Philippine financial market and regulatory landscape.
