Business Development Manager – Construction & Fit‑Out

About the role

CxBuildr is looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in the construction and fit‑out sector. You will identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand our client portfolio while aligning with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within commercial construction and fit‑out projects.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events and market research.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, pitches and commercial offers; negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
• Establish and nurture relationships with decision‑makers, property developers, facility managers, procurement teams and BPO stakeholders.
• Collaborate with estimating, design, operations and project management teams throughout the bid and acquisition process.
• Support project handover to ensure a seamless transition from sales to execution and monitor client satisfaction for repeat business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of business development, sales or account management experience in construction, fit‑out or interior design.
• Proven track record of securing commercial construction and fit‑out projects and achieving sales targets.
• Strong network within the construction industry and corporate sector; experience with BPO clients is highly preferred.
