Business Development Manager – Commercial Real Estate

About the role

PRIME Philippines is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring high‑value clients, and expanding its commercial real‑estate portfolio. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships with developers, landlords, and corporate tenants while generating leasing mandates and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy to increase revenue and market share.
• Identify and pursue new leasing mandates, strategic partnerships, and large‑scale commercial transactions.
• Build and maintain pipelines of potential clients and projects across office, retail, and mixed‑use sectors.
• Establish strong relationships with key decision‑makers, corporate clients, property owners, and developers.
• Secure exclusive leasing mandates and consultancy engagements for commercial properties.
• Generate new revenue streams through leasing opportunities, advisory services, and partnership initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate or business development.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, strategic partnership formation, and revenue generation.
• Strong network within the commercial real‑estate, corporate, or developer community.
