Business Development Executive – South Luzon

About the role

foodpanda is looking for a Business Development Executive to expand its restaurant network in the South Luzon region. You will be the local face of the brand, acquiring new partners and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and close new restaurant partners through cold calling, field visits and virtual presentations.
• Present foodpanda’s premium product packages and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful vendor incubation.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activity, gather market feedback and provide recommendations to maintain market share.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field (preferred).
• 1‑2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably with field sales.
• Strong communication skills in English, Filipino and the local dialect.
• Highly motivated, self‑driven and able to work independently.
• Willingness to conduct extensive fieldwork in the Lucena/Candelaria area.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
