Business Development Executive – Marikina/Rizal

About the role

foodpanda is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive restaurant acquisition in the Marikina and Rizal areas. You will be the local face of the brand, building relationships with restaurant owners and expanding our partner network.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and close new restaurant partners through cold calling, field visits, and virtual presentations.
• Present foodpanda’s premium product packages and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth vendor onboarding and incubation.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall volume growth.
• Monitor competitor activity, gather partner feedback, and provide market insights to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field (preferred).
• 1‑2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably with field sales.
• Comfortable speaking English, Filipino, and the local dialect.
• Willingness to conduct extensive fieldwork in Marikina/Rizal.
• Self‑motivated, persuasive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM platform.
