Business Development Executive / Manager

About the role

As a Business Development Executive / Manager you will drive the growth of our merchant network by acquiring new restaurant partners for Eatigo’s yield‑management platform. Reporting to the Country Lead, you will work closely with the Sales & Business Development team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential restaurant partners through market research, networking and industry insights.
• Generate leads using cold calls, email campaigns, referrals and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, deliver presentations and negotiate merchant agreements, including pricing and contractual terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners, acting as the primary point of contact throughout onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and complete all documentation accurately.

Required profile

• Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development or merchant acquisition, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable using data and analytics to support client conversations.
