Business Development Executive

About the role

Join a fast‑growing direct sales team focused on acquiring new SME customers in the Philippines. As a Business Development Executive you will guide prospects through the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, while showcasing Odoo’s integrated management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales process without cold‑calling, engaging prospects who have already expressed interest in Odoo.
• Pitch Odoo’s suite of modules (CRM, Accounting, E‑commerce, Inventory, HR, Project Management) to SMEs dissatisfied with their current tools.
• Analyse each customer’s business needs, pain points and workflow to tailor demonstrations.
• Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Bilingual in English and Tagalog with excellent communication skills.
• 1‑3 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and a passion for technology.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Odoo management software.
