Business Development Executive – B2B (Automotive)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing B2B services team. You will work closely with corporate clients, dealer groups, and individual automotive dealerships, helping to expand partnerships, generate high‑intent leads, and deliver media solutions through our trusted online automotive platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with dealer groups, individual new‑car dealerships, and corporate vehicle‑purchasing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer group owners, principals, and senior decision‑makers.
• Understand decision‑making hierarchies and close deals through long‑term, trust‑based relationships.
• Conduct client meetings, product demos, presentations, and commercial negotiations; pitch and close lead‑based solutions, media, and branding packages.
• Collaborate with internal sales, operations, field, tele, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding of partners.
• Maintain an active, structured pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, deal summaries, and sales reports.
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clear communication, high client satisfaction, and repeat business.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or marketing within the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated with a goal‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience using CRM tools.
