About the role
The Business Development Associate will drive growth by selling and promoting Star Paper's products to both new and existing customers. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on achieving sales targets and expanding market presence in the Metro Manila area.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts to increase repeat sales.
- Present product features and benefits, tailoring pitches to client needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Prepare sales reports and market feedback for continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of paper industry products is a plus.
