Business Development & Account Manager – Philippines

About the role

SID Global is looking for a results‑driven Business Development & Account Manager to expand its footprint across the Philippines. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, guiding them through digital transformation initiatives and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities in sectors such as banking, fintech, telecom, healthcare and more.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking and partner ecosystems.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, from discovery meetings to contract negotiation and deal closure.
• Present solutions, conduct workshops and engage C‑level executives to align offerings with client objectives.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to craft tailored proposals.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for strategic accounts, driving upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to uncover growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales or account management.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in the Philippines market.
• Strong consultative selling approach and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to engage and influence C‑level executives and procurement teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
