Business Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Business Developer to join our sales team and help drive growth for ThinkBIT’s software development projects. You will work closely with clients and our development team to turn business opportunities into successful deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new projects following ThinkBIT’s best‑practice project life‑cycle.
• Translate client needs into clear, actionable user stories for the development team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls and emails, qualify leads and create action plans.
• Maintain and expand the prospect database and pitch ThinkBIT’s products and services to potential customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Developer or similar role in the software development industry.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies and digital trends, especially mobile apps.
• Demonstrated ability to generate sales and create/refine user stories.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Graduate of any four‑year program; a technical background is a plus.
