Business Controlling Analyst – Manufacturing SSC

About the role

We are looking for a Business Controlling Analyst to join a leading renewable energy company's shared service centre in Pasay. The role supports the finance transformation of manufacturing operations, working on a hybrid schedule with mid‑shift hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning for manufacturing sites.
• Review, approve and document budget and forecast assumptions.
• Manage month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end controlling activities in line with company policies.
• Analyze budget vs. actual results, identify variances and recommend cost‑saving measures.
• Support internal and external audits, including inventory and provisioning reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and decision‑making support.
• Drive KPI performance through variance analysis, root‑cause investigation and continuous improvement.
• Prepare ad‑hoc reports, maintain SOPs and contribute to global process‑optimization projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in business controlling, financial analysis or similar finance roles.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, management accounting and translating data into actionable insights.
• Experience in multinational manufacturing, supply‑chain finance, inventory or project accounting is preferred.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, hybrid environment with mid‑shift hours.
