Business Building Executive – Iloilo

About the role

The Business Building Executive will drive commercial growth in the Iloilo territory by executing sales programs, strengthening trade partnerships, and improving product visibility. You will act as a frontline leader, ensuring in‑store compliance, activating demand‑generation initiatives, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the assigned territory through route‑to‑market strategies and strong trade relationships.
• Influence trade partners to adopt company programs, tools, and pricing guidelines.
• Execute in‑store initiatives that boost product visibility, access, and consumer trial.
• Support retail activations and promotional programs to build loyalty and attract competing‑brand consumers.
• Monitor pricing compliance, address deviations, and implement local pricing initiatives.
• Track and report KPIs such as sales, market share, and program compliance; use data to guide corrective actions.
• Ensure all field activities comply with corporate policies, local laws, safety, and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license for at least one year with ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Field sales exposure or relevant trade‑marketing project experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
