Business Analyst I – AI & Automation Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst I to join our Manila team and support multiple business units in delivering AI‑enabled and automation solutions. Working under senior guidance, you will gather requirements, analyse processes, and help test new applications that align with our cost, quality and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Document current‑state and future‑state process maps during discovery sessions.
• Manage the pipeline and qualification of AI and automation project ideas.
• Analyse and capture business requirements, workflows and data conversion strategies.
• Develop system specifications, process flows and user documentation.
• Coordinate testing, create user stories and support delivery across Operations and Technology teams.
• Maintain stakeholder communication, set expectations and escalate issues when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in business or process analysis, or software testing.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications for AI, RPA and automation initiatives.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Power Platform – Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI.
• Python programming.
• SharePoint.
• AI and automation concepts (workflow automation, prompt engineering, Copilot/ChatGPT agents, LLM projects).
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Reporting or e‑learning tools such as Easygenerator.
