Brand Marketing Officer

About the role

Cosmetique Asia Corporation is seeking a Brand Marketing Officer to support the Brand Manager in driving brand growth across its portfolio of cosmetics and personal care products. The role will involve planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities that boost brand awareness, market share, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing brand strategies and marketing plans to meet business objectives.
• Coordinate and execute multi‑channel campaigns (digital, print, in‑store) and monitor their performance.
• Conduct market research to capture consumer trends, competitor actions, and brand share data.
• Provide recommendations to protect and grow market share based on research insights.
• Supervise digital content, social‑media posts, and influencer/KOL activities.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure product placement, conduct store visits, and address merchandising issues.
• Monitor inventory levels daily and take corrective actions to align supply with demand.

Required profile

• Ability to analyse market share, sales turnover per product and per account.
• Strong coordination skills with sales, digital, graphic, and influencer teams.
• Experience in conducting store visits and providing actionable recommendations.
• Capability to track inventory versus demand and act quickly to fulfil orders.
