Brand Marketing Associate (Project-based)

About the role

We are looking for a Project-based Brand Marketing Associate to support the Brand Manager in executing a 12‑month brand calendar. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns that boost awareness, engagement and trial conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Brand Manager with campaign development, rollouts and post‑mortem evaluations.
• Coordinate with CRM, Performance Marketing, Creative, Ops and Social teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Support production and launch of ATL, digital, influencer and on‑ground activations.
• Track brand budgets, timelines and campaign assets.
• Monitor KPIs such as awareness, engagement, trial conversion (up to 3rd ride) and channel performance.
• Help build social and community engagement plans with relevant teams.
• Liaise with agency and vendor partners for creative development, media placement and partnerships.
• Maintain brand consistency and perform QA checks on visuals and messaging.
• Prepare reports, presentations and internal updates for leadership reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in brand, marketing or campaign management.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and creative development processes.
• Excellent project‑management abilities and comfort working with cross‑functional teams.
• Passion for branding, pop culture, customer behavior and community building.
