About the role
The Branch Supervisor will oversee daily sales and operational activities at a branch, ensuring that sales targets are met while controlling costs and mitigating risks. This role requires a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently under pressure.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor sales performance and operational processes of the branch.
- Drive initiatives to increase sales and improve productivity.
- Identify and implement measures to reduce costs and operational risks.
- Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Required profile
- Graduate of any four‑year degree program.
- At least two years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle pressure.
- Own motorcycle with up‑to‑date registration.
- Valid non‑professional or professional driver’s licence.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
