Branch Supervisor – Café/Restaurant

About the role

The Branch Supervisor will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a café‑restaurant in Metro Manila, ensuring high standards of service, product quality, cleanliness and overall customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the café‑restaurant.
• Maintain high standards of service, product quality, cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
• Manage, train and motivate baristas and other branch staff while enforcing company policies and performance expectations.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns and feedback in a professional manner.
• Oversee cash handling, sales reporting, inventory control, stock replenishment and cost management.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standards, keeping the branch audit‑ready.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing café or restaurant operations.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate a team of front‑of‑house staff.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Competence in cash handling, sales reporting and inventory management.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation and workplace safety regulations.
