About the role
The Branch Sales & Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily sales and operational activities of a branch. The role focuses on driving sales growth, improving productivity, and minimizing costs and risks while ensuring smooth branch operations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor sales performance and operational processes of the branch.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve productivity.
- Implement cost‑reduction and risk‑mitigation measures.
- Ensure compliance with branch policies and standards.
Required profile
- Graduate of any four‑year degree program.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Output‑oriented and able to work under minimal supervision and pressure.
- Own a motorcycle with up‑to‑date registration.
- Hold at least a non‑professional or professional driver’s license.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
