Branch Relationship Officer

About the role

The Branch Relationship Officer will work on‑site at our Calamba branch, building and nurturing relationships with retail and corporate clients. You will understand client financial needs and recommend suitable banking products and services to support their goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings, handle account inquiries and support account opening, deposits, loans and other branch transactions.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities to achieve branch sales targets.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate client records and contribute to branch marketing and customer engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong business relationship management and customer service abilities.
• Solid understanding of banking products such as deposits, loans and basic investment solutions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales and negotiation experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in branch banking or client‑facing financial services is an advantage.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple client requests.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, regulatory compliance and excellent client service.
