About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the Wealth Development Bank Corp. branch in Lucena City, driving the sale of the bank’s products and services while supervising all aspects of branch operations. This full‑time, on‑site position reports directly to senior management and is critical to the branch’s performance and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be expected to drive revenue growth through effective product promotion and to ensure that all operational processes are executed efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the full range of banking products and services offered by the branch to existing and prospective clients, ensuring each client receives tailored solutions that meet their financial needs.
• Oversee day‑to‑day branch operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with internal standards and corporate policies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages high performance, achievement of sales targets, and continuous improvement.
