About the role
The Branch Head will lead the Branch Banking Group (BBG) in Tandag, Surigao del Sur, overseeing profitability, marketing, operations and administration. This senior position is responsible for building long‑term client relationships, understanding market dynamics and driving the branch’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify client needs and promote appropriate bank products and services to meet fund‑generation, credit and profitability targets.
- Manage overall branch servicing, including administrative tasks, control, compliance and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
- Lead and supervise branch officers and staff, ensuring high performance and regulatory compliance.
- Gather market intelligence, client feedback and competitive information to inform strategic decisions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5–10 years of managerial experience in branch banking, marketing or operations.
- Proven ability to drive profitability and manage a team in a banking environment.
