About the role
The Branch Head will lead the Branch Banking Group (BBG) in Manila, overseeing profitability, marketing, operations and administration. This senior position is responsible for building long‑term client relationships and gathering market intelligence to drive growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify client needs and promote appropriate bank products and services to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Oversee all branch functions, including administration, control, compliance, and service delivery.
- Ensure branch officers and staff adhere to bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Gather market feedback, monitor competition and provide strategic recommendations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5‑10 years of managerial experience in branch banking, marketing or operations.
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and managing a team.
