Branch Head – Banking Operations Leader

About the role

Metrobank is seeking an experienced Branch Head to lead its Quezon City location. The role combines business development, operational oversight, and team leadership to drive growth and ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Generate business by meeting or exceeding sales targets for deposits, loans, investments and other banking products.
• Deepen customer engagement through multi‑product sales strategies, cross‑selling and after‑sales support.
• Expand the client base by networking with local businesses and community organizations.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to align product offerings with customer needs.
• Improve operational efficiency by optimizing workforce productivity and implementing process enhancements.
• Foster customer retention by delivering high‑quality service and resolving complex issues.
• Mentor and train branch personnel, cultivating a performance‑driven culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant postgraduate studies considered an advantage.
• Professional certifications in sales, leadership or banking operations are a plus.
