About the role
The Branch Head will lead the Branch Banking Group (BBG) in Manila, overseeing profitability, marketing, operations and administration. This senior position focuses on building long‑term client relationships and responding to market dynamics.
Key responsibilities
- Identify client needs and promote suitable bank products and services to meet fund‑generation, credit, and profitability targets.
- Oversee all branch functions, including administration, control, compliance, and the implementation of policies and procedures.
- Manage and mentor branch officers and staff to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5–10 years of managerial experience in branch banking, marketing or operations.
- Fluency in Mandarin or Fookien.
- Willingness to work in Chinatown and surrounding Chinese‑centric business districts.
