About the role
The Branch Head will lead the Branch Banking Group (BBG) in Cabadbaran, Agusan del Norte, overseeing profitability, marketing, operations and administration. This senior position focuses on building long‑term client relationships and gathering market intelligence to drive growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify client needs and promote appropriate bank products and services to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Oversee all branch functions, including administration, control, compliance, and the delivery of banking products.
- Ensure branch officers and staff adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
- Gather market feedback, monitor competition and provide strategic recommendations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5‑10 years of managerial experience in branch banking, marketing or operations.
- Proven ability to manage a team and achieve financial targets.
