BPO Trainer – SM City Sta. Rosa

About the role

We are looking for a Trainer to deliver high‑impact training to both existing and newly hired employees at SM City Sta. Rosa. The role focuses on preparing staff for essential duties, fostering a welcoming learning environment, and helping them achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions that promote knowledge transfer and skill application.
• Use questioning, presentation, and facilitation techniques to enhance retention.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and performance‑enhancing guidance.
• Create a trust‑based learning atmosphere during instruction.
• Plan instructional methods and materials tailored to specific learning modes.
• Assess learner performance with appropriate evaluation tools.
• Mentor apprentice instructors and coordinate training activities across operations, quality, and HR.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar training role within a BPO environment.
• Willingness to work onsite at SM City Sta. Rosa.
• Availability for graveyard or shifting schedules.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic, time‑critical business needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC applications such as MS Office.
• Experience using Tableau or similar data‑visualisation tools.
