Billing Operations Specialist – SaaS Billing (Hybrid)

About the role

Exypnox Inc is seeking a Billing Operations Specialist to manage end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash processes for its SaaS products. The role blends billing, invoicing, collections and account support to ensure timely revenue realization in a fast‑paced, hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the full Order‑to‑Cash cycle, from order entry to cash receipt.
• Generate accurate invoices for SaaS subscriptions and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor collections, follow up on overdue payments, and resolve billing disputes.
• Provide account support to internal teams and external customers.
• Maintain billing records and ensure compliance with financial policies.
