Bidding Team Lead

About the role

Outtask HR Services is seeking a proactive Bidding Team Lead to head its estimating and bidding function. You will be responsible for guiding a group of estimators and bidding professionals while shaping the company’s bidding strategy and supporting business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of estimators and bidding specialists.
• Oversee the preparation, review and submission of competitive bids.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering and project teams to align bid proposals with client requirements.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine bidding strategies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the bidding process.

Required profile

• Self‑directed and able to work independently.
• Technically credible with a solid understanding of estimation and bidding processes.
• Operationally minded with strong multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
