Bid Proposal Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bid Proposal Coordinator to lead the preparation and submission of bids for Australian and New Zealand construction projects. The role involves close collaboration with internal project managers and external Australian stakeholders to capture technical details and ensure compliant, compelling proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the end‑to‑end bid and tender process for commercial fit‑outs, refurbishments, and modern workplace transformations.
• Interview internal project managers to gather technical specifications and project data.
• Work directly with Australian stakeholders to extract and validate project requirements.
• Develop and format bid documents using industry‑standard design tools.
• Maintain tender management platforms and ensure all submissions meet ANZ procurement guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of solid experience as a Bid, Proposal, or Tender Coordinator on ANZ construction projects.
• Proven track record handling commercial fit‑outs, refurbishments, and modern workplace transformations.
• Strong familiarity with Australian and New Zealand procurement processes, building market dynamics, and regional construction standards.
• Exceptional English communication skills with confidence to interview managers and liaise with stakeholders.
