BI Senior Manager – Business Intelligence Lead

About the role

Coins, the leading crypto brand in the Philippines, is looking for a BI Senior Manager to steer its Business Intelligence function. You will shape the BI strategy, build a robust data ecosystem, and deliver actionable insights that support business growth, risk control, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute short‑ and long‑term BI strategy aligned with company goals, risk and compliance requirements.
• Lead the design, optimization, and scaling of the BI platform, including data modeling, integration, visualization, and reporting.
• Establish data quality standards, reporting governance, and release mechanisms to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Monitor emerging BI technologies, introduce advanced tools, and drive digital transformation of decision‑making processes.
• Build, manage, and develop a high‑performing BI team; set OKRs, conduct performance reviews, and foster a collaborative culture.
• Oversee in‑depth analysis of trading volume, user activity, payment transactions, risk indicators, and compliance data.
• Provide senior management and business units with data‑driven insights to inform strategy and operational improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading BI or data analytics teams in fast‑moving, regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency, digital payments, and financial services sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into data solutions and actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
