B&C Specialist – Ortigas (Probationary)

About the role

Join PwC’s Internal Firm Services team as a B&C Specialist in Ortigas. You will support engagement teams and clients on accounting, financial reporting and strategic business matters, ensuring smooth information flow and high‑quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on accounting standards, financial reporting and strategic business issues.
• Facilitate the exchange of information between consultants, engagement teams and clients.
• Assist engagement teams in resolving complex accounting and reporting challenges.
• Evaluate the impact of new accounting and reporting standards on clients and subsidiaries.
• Support resource management, learning & development, human capital, reporting, technology, innovation, quality and compliance initiatives.
• Give timely, constructive feedback and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities and suggest practical solutions.
• Handle, manipulate and analyse data responsibly while following risk‑management and compliance procedures.
• Stay up‑to‑date with developments in your area of specialism.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in written materials.
• Build and maintain internal and external networks.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and business conduct.
