Backend Developer (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Backend Developer to join our team on a night‑shift schedule (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT) while working from home. The ideal candidate enjoys clean code, high performance, and solving production‑environment challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure the application deployment environment.
• Implement and optimise backend functions.
• Perform performance tuning of the deployment environment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and test applications as needed.
• Handle other duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong programming experience with APIs, C#.NET and Python.
• Hands‑on experience with MySQL and MongoDB databases.
• Solid understanding of Git and version‑control tools such as GitHub.
• Experience setting up Linux servers and configuring Apache and Nginx.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting and technical communication skills.
