Backend Developer – Loyalty Platform

About the role

We are seeking a Backend Developer to drive the technical development and integration of our loyalty platform. The role focuses on building robust backend services, API integrations, and ensuring seamless delivery of loyalty features across web and mobile channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services that power the loyalty program.
• Manage system integrations and ensure reliable connectivity between the loyalty platform, website, and mobile applications.
• Implement loyalty functionalities into the company website and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver loyalty initiatives on schedule.
• Troubleshoot, optimise, and enhance backend performance to support a growing user base.

Required profile

• Strong experience in backend development and system integrations.
• Experience developing or supporting mobile applications.
• Highly preferred experience with loyalty, rewards, membership, or customer‑engagement platforms.
• Familiarity with scalable architectures, APIs, and modern development practices.
