Back Office Manager

About the role

The Back Office Manager will act as Cooee’s primary culture carrier and operational leader in Iloilo. Reporting directly to senior management, the role is responsible for deepening the company’s culture, building trust‑based relationships with local and overseas stakeholders, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day office operations, including workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and nurture a people‑first culture across the Iloilo office.
• Manage stakeholder relationships locally and internationally, fostering trust and collaboration.
• Oversee all office operations, including facilities, resource allocation, and workforce planning.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving for the back‑office team.
• Coordinate with other departments to align operational processes with company objectives.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in team leadership, stakeholder management, and office or operations oversight.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and independent ownership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a growth mindset.
• Willingness to work full‑time onsite in Iloilo.
• Experience in workforce planning, resource allocation, or operations management is highly preferred.
