Back End Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Back End Developer to join our engineering team and help build a scalable, multi‑tenant SaaS platform that supports human services organizations. You will work on critical data systems that improve service delivery and drive meaningful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using C#/.NET and Python.
• Develop and enhance RESTful APIs for core platform features and third‑party integrations.
• Build scalable components for a multi‑tenant SaaS environment.
• Write and optimise SQL Server queries and stored procedures.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and continuous improvements.
• Ensure secure, high‑quality code aligned with compliance standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in backend development for SaaS or enterprise systems.
• Solid experience with C#/.NET (ASP.NET Core / Web API) and Python (Flask or FastAPI).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and REST API design.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
• Exposure to Azure or other cloud‑based architectures.
• Background in regulated industries such as healthcare or government is a plus.
