B2C Collections Specialist – Remote, Up to PHP45K + Incentives

About the role

We are looking for a B2C Collections Specialist to join our remote team in the Philippines. The role focuses on managing consumer credit accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding balances while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contact B2C customers via phone, email or chat to discuss overdue accounts.
• Apply negotiation techniques and financial judgment to secure payment commitments.
• Update account records accurately in the collection system.
• Escalate high‑risk cases to senior management as needed.
• Maintain compliance with relevant credit and data protection regulations.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Good understanding of basic financial concepts and credit processes.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Motivation to achieve targets and earn incentives.
