B2B Collections Manager

About the role

Teleperformance is looking for a B2B Collections Manager to join its TP Aura site in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for driving cash flow by collecting outstanding payments from business clients while preserving strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts and ensure timely collection of invoices.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce overdue payments and improve collection rates.
• Communicate professionally with clients about payment terms, invoice discrepancies and collection issues.
• Monitor ageing receivables, identify trends and propose improvements.
• Prepare detailed collection reports for senior management.
• Coordinate with accounting, sales and operations to resolve payment‑related problems.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client communications.
• Handle escalations and challenging collection situations with discretion.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, credit policies and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit control or collections management in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of managing collection portfolios and improving collection rates.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, credit policies and collection procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Professional maturity and integrity handling sensitive financial matters.
• Preferably experience in multinational or outsourcing environments.
