B2B Caller (Remote – Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated B2B Caller to join our fast‑growing web design firm. The role is fully remote and open to applicants based in the Philippines, working night‑shift hours to contact small business owners in the United States and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to U.S. and Canadian small‑business owners.
• Introduce and explain our web design services.
• Qualify leads, gather relevant information and schedule follow‑up appointments.
• Occasionally handle inbound inquiries from prospects.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Previous experience in cold calling or telesales.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Reliable internet connection, computer and headset.
• Willingness to work night‑shift hours (7:45 PM – 4:00 AM PH time).
