Automation Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Automation Support Specialist to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and provide technical assistance across multiple teams. In this remote, full‑time position you will maintain system efficiency, optimise automation workflows, and support customer onboarding and delivery tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, prioritise, and track operational and technical tasks.
• Provide first‑line technical support and troubleshoot reported issues.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimise automation workflows using tools such as Activepieces, Make, and n8n.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion and process alignment.
• Build, maintain, and update reports and dashboards to track performance and progress.
• Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Maintain internal documentation, SOPs, and process updates for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Prior experience in an operational or technical support role preferred.
• Experience collaborating across departments in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative remote environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools such as Notion, Google Sheets, Trello or equivalents.
• Familiarity with automation platforms like Activepieces, Make, n8n or Zapier.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or API integrations (nice to have).
• Strong analytical mindset for troubleshooting and process improvement.
