Automation and Digital Developer

About the role

We are looking for an Automation and Digital Developer to join Bosch’s Service Solutions team in Taguig. You will design, develop and maintain robotic process automation (RPA) bots, workflow automations and low‑code applications that streamline business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate automation feasibility of business processes using RPA, workflow and low‑code approaches.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design optimized, maintainable process flows.
• Design, develop, test and deploy RPA bots, workflow automations and low‑code/no‑code applications.
• Write supporting scripts and integrations using Python, Java or other languages.
• Lead or support automation projects, ensuring timelines, quality and budget compliance.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing and support go‑live and hyper‑care phases.
• Monitor and continuously improve production automation solutions for stability and performance.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI‑enabled capabilities such as OCR, NLP and smart validations.
• Follow automation governance, security and best‑practice standards and share reusable components with global teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in automation or digital process development with hands‑on RPA and workflow solutions.
• Experience with both low‑code/no‑code tools and traditional scripting or programming.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage project deliverables.

Required skills

• RPA platforms – Automation Anywhere or similar.
• Low‑code/no‑code platforms – Power Platform, OutSystems or equivalents.
• Scripting/programming – Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, VBA, PowerShell.
• API integration – REST, SOAP.
• Database – SQL Server or other SQL‑based systems.
• AI/Intelligent Automation concepts – OCR, NLP, document processing.
