AutoCAD Architectural Drafter – Night Shift, Remote after Onboarding

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented AutoCAD Architectural Drafter to support US‑based architectural clients. The role starts with a two‑week onsite onboarding period and then transitions to fully remote work, operating on a night‑shift schedule aligned with US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare complete architectural construction documents using AutoCAD.
• Produce Design Development, permit, tender, and construction drawing sets for retail Tenant Improvement (TI) and commercial projects.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and sheet layouts.
• Follow client‑specific CAD standards, layering systems, and file organization requirements.
• Maintain well‑organized, accurate CAD files that clients may directly access.
• Revise drawings based on client mark‑ups and coordination comments.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, and team members to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Utilize Revit when required to support project transitions or assist on Revit‑based projects.
• Communicate effectively with US‑based clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in architectural drafting using AutoCAD.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established CAD standards.
• Experience with retail Tenant Improvement and Design Development documentation is highly preferred.
