Auto Parts Data Specialist (Remote – Philippines)

About the role

As an Auto Parts Data Specialist at Partly, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of vehicle and parts data across the organisation. Reporting to the Data Quality Lead, you will work remotely from the Philippines while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Become an expert in interpreting and standardising automotive manufacturer parts catalog information.
• Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in vehicle and parts data.
• Conduct thorough data validation and verification to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and development teams to define and implement data quality assurance procedures.
• Continuously monitor data management processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Work alongside stakeholders to promote best practices in data management and quality control.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, components, and specifications.
• Proven experience in a similar automotive data role with a track record of ensuring data quality.
• Exceptional attention to detail and systematic approach to data research and validation.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities to diagnose and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross‑functional engagement.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
