Australian Tax Accountant – Remote (PHP 90k)

About the role

Join a leading professional services firm to provide Australian tax, BAS and GST expertise to businesses across various structures and industries. You will work remotely, delivering financial statements, tax returns, and compliance work that gives clients confidence in their financial obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns for a range of Australian business structures and industries.
• Prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS).
• Produce accurate financial statements for assigned clients.
• Compile detailed workpapers supporting accounting, tax and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or a related commerce field.
• Minimum 3 years hands‑on Australian accounting experience with strong knowledge of Australian tax and reporting requirements.
• Proven ability to prepare working papers, financial statements, tax returns, BAS, IAS and GST.
• Strong background in bookkeeping, account reconciliations and general accounting processes.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work independently.
